Central High School (CHS) recently named Karen Hernandez, right, and Emily Davis, left, as Co-op Students of the Month. Hernandez is a senior and works as a customer service leader at Food Lion. In the fall, Hernandez plans to join the military and possibly pursue a college degree. She enjoys the productive atmosphere at her job and likes the fact that everyone works together as a team. Davis is a senior and also works at Food Lion as a cashier and customer service leader. In the fall, Davis plans to attend SVCC and enroll in the Microsoft program. Her goal is to work for Microsoft one day and eventually become a Regional Manager. Their manager says they both have a strong work ethic and their attendance is an A+.
