VEX EDR robotics tournament

The Robotics team of Kenston Forest School competed in the first VEX EDR robotics tournament of the season Jan. 19, at John Tyler Community College. KFS finished 27th in qualifying and 13th in skills challenge and competed against other teams from Richmond and Northern Virginia schools.
The agenda for the day included turning in engineering notebooks, participating in skills fields open, mandatory drivers meeting, qualification matches, alliance selection/practice and elimination rounds and awards.
The team was led by Robotics Team sponsor, Jason Buchanan.
