Joanna Edna Jackson Bell passed away on November 22, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. Joanna was preceded in death by her nine siblings.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted son, Dr. Alonzo Bell (Constance); her beloved granddaughters: Mallory and Casey Bell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, close friends and supportive neighbors.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, December 8, 11 a.m. at Springfield Baptist Church, Meherrin, with the Rev. Dr. Theodore T. Brown, pastor and eulogist with interment in The Jackson Family Cemetery Meherrin, Virginia.

Wilson Funeral Home, Keysville, served the family.
