Christina Moore Compton, 69, of Kenbridge, Va. joined her family in Heaven on June 29, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Y. Compton; grandson, Tobias Dolphin Compton; parents, John and Marjorie Moore and brother, Blaine D. Moore.

She is survived by her daughters, Sandra C. Simmons (Gregg) and Pamela C. Crowder (Freddie Dooley); her son, Billy Y. Compton, Jr. (Getena);

Granny of, Madison, Colby, Wyatt and Shelby; two sisters, Jimmie Kay Graves (Johnny) and Becky Buchanan (Dale); special friends Monk and Tammy Harris and the Winey Women. Christina will always be remembered for her kind smile, warm heart and her love of others.

Funeral services were held Tuesday July 2, 2019 at 11a.m. with interment in the Kenbridge Heights Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the friends and family who stood behind them with love and support during this difficult journey; “The Stew Crew”, “The BBQ Crew” and all the visits from friends and family.
