Bible school held at Calvary Baptist
The Upper End Union Vacation Bible School was held on June 8 at Calvary Baptist Church of Rehoboth. The Theme was “World Changers: Leading through Action” was taken from the book of Acts 1:6-8. There was a total of 56 students attending the one-day session. Music classes were taught by Reginald Davis, art classes by Mary Ingram and the Bible study classes were grouped into sessions ranging from beginners 5-below, Ellen Watson; primary 6-8, Yvonne Toone; junior 9-11, Yvonne Jones; teens 12-17, Janice Sally; and adults 18-up, the Rev. Moore Thelma Craig; the Rev. Raymond Holliday and the Rev. Patricia Barnette served as the Vacation Bible School directors. Everyone enjoyed this day of fellowship.
