Brandon L. Allard achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at a ceremony held July 12. Brandon is a member of Troop 7538, Victoria. For his project, he chose improvements and restoration of the Victoria Presbyterian Church. Brandon is a rising senior at Central High School and the son of Jarrod and Tabatha Allard of Kenbridge. Assistant Scout Master, David Dalton, stated, “This is the first Eagle Scout Ceremony we’ve had in a long time.” We commend Brandon on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and all those who helped him on this journey.
