A Kenbridge resident was recently appointed to a state board.

A news release from the Office of the Governor dated July 12 announced that Cecil Shell, of Kenbridge, was appointed to the Board for Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Shell is the owner and farmer with Shell’s Farm, located at Longview Drive in Kenbridge.
