Work is taking place along Sixth Avenue for a series of apartments that were approved by the Kenbridge Town Council in March. Houses along that property were recently demolished. Kenbridge Town Manager Robyn Fowler confirmed the apartment construction. She said the company that currently owns these land parcels on Sixth Avenue is Sixth Avenue Apartments LLC.
