Educational honorary organization inducts new member

Key women educators of the Delta Alpha Chapter, Virginia State Organization, The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, recently hosted a reception to welcome to the profession the new female educators employed in Brunswick and Lunenburg Counties. In addition, the chapter inducted its newest member, Dawn Bacon (third from left) of Kenbridge, who has had an illustrious career in Lunenburg County as classroom teacher, elementary school principal, and who now serves as director of Curriculum and Instruction for Lunenburg County Public Schools.
