In the event of rain on Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31, the Trunk-or-Treat event to be held in the Kenbridge Town Hall parking lot will be held in the hallway of the Town Hall. In the town of Victoria, the event to be held in Railroad Park, will take place at the firehouse. Both events will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. Set up beings at 4:30 p.m.
