Kenston Forest School’s varsity girls volleyball team concluded its 2019 regular season schedule with a clutch 3-2 Senior Night victory over host and archrival Brunswick Academy on Thursday, Oct. 24. Lady Kavaliers sophomore Shelby Gunn led her team with 20 kills to go with seven aces and two total blocks. Freshman Hanna Mahaney, pictured at right from a previous match, led the team with three total blocks and also had seven kills. Sophomore Taylor Maione had 15 digs and eight aces, and junior Mya Mahaney had 32 assists. The Lady Kavs (17-7) face Brunswick on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. in the Virginia Colonial Conference Tournament semifinals at Richard Bland College.
