Joyce Leigh Smith, 69, of Greensboro, N.C. and formerly Victoria, Va., joined her parents, Billy S. Smith, Sr. and Marion Glasscock Smith, in Heaven on November 18, 2019.

She is survived by her sister, Janet S. Stone (Greg) of Cary, NC and her brother Billy S. Smith, Jr. (Debbie) of Victoria; nieces, nephews and extended family.
