VICTORIA CHRISTMAS PARADE, 7 p.m. on Main Street, Victoria. Contact the Victoria Town Office at (434) 696-2343 if you would like to participate.

DECEMBER 14

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA, 9 a.m. at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church with caroling following breakfast. Everyone is welcome.

SMALL TOWN CHRISTMAS, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Pictures with Santa and a craft house at the old NAPA building, ID fingerprinting at Robert Clement’s office, lunch with the Grinch at Marino’s and an ornament decorating event at Sweet Magnolia. Stop by A&J Produce to see what they have in store for the event. Contact the Town of Victoria if you would like to participate.

CHRISTMAS DINNER, 1 p.m. at White Rock AME Zion Church, 1123 Lew Jones Road, Alberta. Everyone welcome.

CHRISTMAS CAMP OPEN HOUSE, 4-7 p.m. at Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center. Bring your whole family and come see the historic cabins decorated for Christmas and support your local 4-H office in the cabin decorating contest. Enjoy a bonfire, hay rides and games. They will be collecting new, unwrapped gifts for Toys for Tots. For more information call Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center at (434) 248-5444.

CHRISTMAS MUSICAL, 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 821 Lunenburg Ave., Victoria. All are welcome.

DECEMBER 15

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM, 8 a.m. at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome.

DECEMBER 18

MONTHLY MEETING, 10 a.m. of the Southern Virginia GO Region 3 Executive Committee at the offices of the Halifax County IDA, 1100 Confroy Drive, South Boston. The meeting is open to the public; a closed session may be part of the agenda.

DECEMBER 24

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE, 5 p.m. at Victoria Christian Church featuring congregational carols, special music and the retelling of the Christmas story with emphasis on light.

JANUARY 2

CANCELLATION, of the January meeting of the American Legion Post 147, Kenbridge. The regular meeting will resume the first Thursday in February.
