Fifth District Congressman Denver Riggleman visited Mildred’s Meals in Kenbridge on Jan. 31 for Free Pie Friday and to visit with people in Lunenburg. The Congressman talked about the future of farming in this area, bringing access to broadband internet, and helping to bring more jobs to Southside Virginia. He also covered some of the things he is working on in Washington. During the two-and-a-half-hour visit he answered questions with the people at Mildred’s and had many one-on-one talks.
