Victoria Fire and Rescue responded to a motor vehicle accident in front of 2409 Washington Ave., Victoria, this past Saturday night at approximately 10:30 p.m. Emily Zuniga-Leon, of Kenbridge, has been charged with reckless driving/failure to maintain after falling asleep and hitting a parked 2010 Ford Fusion owned by Lisa Tisdale. Leon was driving a 2016 Chrysler. She was transported to VCU/CMH, South Hill. Both vehicles appear to be a total loss.
