Via a Facebook post Lunenburg County Public Schools announced schools will be closed  Tuesday, Jan. 4. The post noted, “School is also closed for Lunenburg Students who attend the Governor’s School of Southside Virginia. 12 month employees report to work 2 hours late. 11 and 10 month employees do not report. There is NO virtual school tomorrow.”
