“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditations of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” — Psalm 19:14.

On Wednesday morning, my daughter Jewel called, she said, “She had good news.” I was excited and cried “tell me, tell me.” My great-grandson, Donte, was fixing his car in the park and was lying underneath it; the car fell on him. When the car fell on him a crowd gathered. Just look at Jesus, he had his angels guarding Donte. A truck was passing with a forklift and saw the crowd and was interested in finding out what was happening. The driver of the truck lifted the car off of my great-grandson and he was airlifted to the hospital. Jesus is an on-time God because He is never late. The family arrived at the park just in time to see him airlifted to the hospital. The only thing Jewell could do was to pray and send Kray a scripture, Joshua 1:9 KJV. It says “have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid; neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”

Tests were run and the doctors told the family “it was a miracle of God that saved Donte’s life, he had no broken bones or head injury.” He was discharged. We praise You, Oh Lord for Your protecting angels guarding Your children. On hearing the news about Donte, I was shedding tears of happiness instead of sorrow. Jesus You are on time and Your angels are just waiting to aid us.

Kray told her mother weeks before her son’s accident that she believed Jesus was preparing her for this. Donte’s family, friends, and other young people who did not know Jesus knew that Jesus performed a miracle when He saved Donte’s life.

We must always keep a scripture near us, so that when we are in trouble we can refer to it. Jesus tells us not to fear for He has everything in control. He sees and hears everything.

Be blessed in Jesus’ name.
