Kenston Forest School Head of School, Lori Bacon, announced the valedictorian, salutatorian, and historian for the Class of 2020.

Bacon surprised the valedictorian at her house to present the medal Friday, April 24. Sydney Noelle Harmon, daughter of Johnny and Robin Harmon of Blackstone, was named valedictorian. Sydney is a second generation Kavalier. She has been a Kavalier since Pre-Kindergarten. She has been involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Forensics, Model General Assembly, Pep Club, Rotary Interact, Scholastic Bowl and softball. She has been a class officer and secretary of the National Honor Society. Sydney has been accepted to Randolph-Macon College and Sweet Briar College. She was also accepted to her top college choice, the University of Richmond, where she plans to attend and follow a pre-law tract.

Braden Scott Dornak was named salutatorian. Braden is the son of LJ and Kim Dornak of South Hill. He

has been a Kavalier since the 10th grade. He has been involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Forensics, Rotary Interact, and Scholastic Bowl. He was recently inducted into the National Honor Society. Braden has been accepted to the University of California – Davis, the University of California – Irvine and the University of California – Santa Barbara.

Nicholas Joseph Maione was named historian. Nicholas is the son of Joe and Kelly Maione of McKenney. He has been a Kavalier since the 10th grade. He has been a class officer and the vice-president of the National Honor Society. Nick has been involved in Model General Assembly, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Rotary Interact, basketball, soccer and baseball. He has been accepted to Indiana University, Randolph-Macon College, Virginia Tech and James Madison University. He plans to attend James

Madison University.
