Twin Lakes State Park will host an adventurous, guided hike 1-2:30 p.m. on Jan. 28.

The moderate difficulty hike will take visitors along the Otter’s Path trail and over a stream to reach one of the most unique view of the park — Beaver Point.

Children are allowed and all participants are encouraged to wear sturdy hiking shoes and to dress for cooler weather. It is also recommended that they bring a reusable water bottle.

There is no extra event fee, and the hike will begin at the park’s concession stand. For more information, call (434) 392-3435.
