Leroy Wilson Arthur 78, of Windsor passed away Nov. 15, 2015. He was born in Kenbridge to Durell and Lucy Bell Loftis Arthur.

He was preceded in death by his father Durell Arthur, his mother Lucy Bell Loftis, and his wife Priscilla Harrell Arthur.

  He is survived by a brother: Bernard Arthur (Barbara) of Kenbridge, a sister: Edna Radford (BG) of Louisburg, NC, 2 nieces: Sheena Arthur Gotta (Ray) of Palm Bay, Fl. and Patricia Tanner Flowers (Paul) of Louisburg, NC. along with other family and friends.
