Robert Harrell “Setz” Setzer, 76, of Victoria, Va. died Dec. 20, 2015.

He went peacefully surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his parents Ira A. and Faye M. Setzer and two sisters, Cora Hood and Leona Hood. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Sandra S. Setzer; his

daughters, Kimberly S. Foster (Jimmy) and Amy Lowe; five grandchildren, Sandie-Marie Kirkman (Patrick), Kendal Foster, Tori Lowe, Olivia Lowe and Alexis Lowe; great-granddaughter Ivey Raye; his niece Irene Neal (Curtis); great nephew Brian Neal and beloved companion “Pepper” Robert was a retired conductor for Norfolk and Southern. He loved spending time with his family and going fishing in the outer banks. A celebration of his life service was held Tuesday Dec. 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Staples Funeral Home, Victoria.
