Rites held for H. Riley Mull

H. Riley Mull, 60, of Windsor, VA, formerly of Victoria, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016. He is survived by his sister, Bettie Massie of Blackstone; three nieces and a nephew. A memorial service will be planned at a later time. Joseph McMillian Funeral Home & Crematories, Blackstone, is in charge of arrangements.
