Geneva Irby Arthur, 84 of Victoria, VA went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2016. She was daughter of the late James Berry Irby and Nannie Parrish Irby and wife of the late Louis W. Arthur. She is survived by her children, Linda A. Ashworth (Frankie), Michael Arthur, Sr. (Katherine), Gail A. Arthur; grandchildren, Jimmy Ray Dalton (Julie), Tony Dalton (Christy), Diane D. Barksdale (Tony), Mike Arthur, Jr. (Lisa), Jeff Arthur (Heather), Tori Gregoric, Lexi Gregoric; eight great-grandchildren and her beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Geneva was a lifetime member of Victoria Baptist Church. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2pm in the Oakwood Cemetery, Victoria. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
