Ivory G. Craig was born on March 2, 1956 to Jesse and Elsie Hill Craig.  She attended Lunenburg County Public schools and was a caregiver to her mother.

At an early age, Ivory joined Calvary Pentecostal Temple Church in South Hill, Virginia.

She departed this life on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her residence in Victoria, Virginia.

Ivory is preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Elsie Craig; two brothers:  Howard and Thomas Craig.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two sisters Christina Tucker and Minister Dr. Maxine C. Jones (Allen M.):  two brothers, Walter L. (Belinda) Craig and Jesse, Jr. (Thelma) Craig:  three sister-in-laws, three brother-in-laws, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ivory’s service will be held on Monday, March 28 at 11 a.m. at the S.P. Jones Chapel, located at 208 North Broad Street in Kenbridge.

Minister Dr. Maxine C. Jones will be the eulogist of the ceremony.
