Nellie Bohannon Hazelwood, 85, of Kenbridge, VA, died June 25, 2016. She was the great-grandmother of the late Brittney Massie.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years Mack S. Hazelwood; daughters, Edith Bomar (Jimmy) of Nathalie, Linda Poole of Norfolk; son, Terry Hazelwood of Victoria; three grandchildren, Mitsy Roller , Melony Elliott, and Marshall Bomar, one great-grandson, Lucas Thibodeau, sisters, Dallas Abernathy (Joe), Betty King (Butch) all of Kenbridge, Lillian Osborne (Garland) of Willeysburg, Virginia Langford of Clover, brother Andrew H. “Bo” Bohannon (Doris) of Amelia.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 2PM in the Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge. Interment in the Tussekiah Baptist Church Cemetery, Meherrin.
