Teddy Paul Penland, 62, of Dundas, Virginia, joined his family in Heaven on April 4, 2018. He was the son of the late Paul and Alpha C. Penland and brother of the late Dorothy Burnette Price. He is survived by his sisters, Verna Franklin of Charlottesville and Polly Brown (Mac) of Victoria; and girlfriend, Linda Jones of Dundas. Teddy was a dedicated employee of Arbor Tech in Blackstone. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Funeral services were held Sunday April 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Staples Funeral Home, Victoria with burial in the Tussekiah Baptist Church Cemetery, Meherrin, Va. Online condolences may be made at www.staplesfh.com. Staples Funeral Home served the family.
