Harold Smith, 88 of Rochester, New York, formerly of Green Bay, passed away.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 23, at 2 p.m., in the All Faith’s Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home, Kenbridge. Masks were required and CDC guidelines were followed.
