Shelby Antoinette Fitzgerald, the daughter of Donna Fitzgerald-Chaffin, officially departed this earth Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m., at Chippenham Medical Center.

Viewing will be all day Thursday, Sept. 14 and family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. at Hawkes Funeral Home, Blackstone. Funeral services will be held Friday, Sept. 15, at 1 p.m., at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3013 Cottage Road, Blackstone.
