Less fortunate boys and girls have received numerous Christmas gifts donated by Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative (MEC) employees to the Toys For Tots program. Some of those who contributed to this worthwhile cause pose for a picture with David Keim, commandant of the Marine Corps League’s Lake Country Detachment 1085, and his wife, Libby, as they arrive to pick up a multitude of toys. MEC employees are also supporting several other charities with generous donations to aid those needing a little help during the festive season.
